I want to help. My Integrative Therapy and Counseling process combines traditional talk therapy with a holistic approach to mental health. A holistic practitioner considers the treatment of the whole person, taking into account many factors such as social environment and family history, as well as mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.
Where Do We Start?
Individual therapy is a process we create together which focuses on goals to bring upon change and begin improving quality of life immediately. People often seek out therapy for issues that are hard to face alone. Therapy helps people overcome obstacles they are currently dealing with or which were caused in the past. There could be trapped pain that took place in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood. Together we construct a plan to move out of the pain that is currently being experienced. I see clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, or who are going through significant difficult times in their lives.

I will help you navigate through difficult situations so that you can make healthier decisions and reach the goals you set in place. When a client comes to see me, I strive to make their experience warm and welcoming. My clients find their therapeutic journey a positive experience and one that lasts. Simply having someone to talk to other than friends and family in which you feel heard and understood can begin to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and contribute to feelings of self-worth and self-acceptance.

The pain that brings one to seek counseling is often the gift that causes us to grow and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. This personal growth and new understanding often lead us to find greater joy in our relationships and happiness in life. I can help you navigate through stressful times to create more balance, harmony, and fulfillment in your life.
I want to help you relieve your suffering. Therapy helps people ito normalize significant life stressors and overcome distorted thinking patterns. Having someone to talk to, maintaining healthy eating and sleeping routines, increasing physical activity, and for some people, the additional help of medications, can assist in overcoming diifficult life situations.
